Live Epic – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Live Epic. By purchasing from our website, social media platforms, or any other sales channel, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

  • At Live Epic we operate as a streetwear and custom clothing brand.
  • By engaging with our services (purchases, custom designs, or bulk orders), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

2. Orders & Customization

  • All orders must be placed through our official channels (website, Instagram, WhatsApp, or email).
  • For customized products, customers are responsible for providing correct artwork, logos, or design details.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order that contains offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted material (unless you provide usage rights).
  • Bulk Orders: Minimum quantity requirements apply (usually 20 pieces). Timelines and pricing may vary based on design and quantity.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices listed on our platforms are inclusive of printing costs unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments must be made in full before processing the order. For bulk/custom orders, a 50% advance is required.
  • We accept [list payment methods: UPI, net banking, etc.] and cheque (for bulk orders only).

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Delivery timelines:

  • Custom/single orders: 5–7 business days
  • Bulk orders: 10–15 business days (subject to order size & design complexity)
  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout or communicated during order confirmation.
  • Live Epic is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective or damaged.
  • For defective/damaged items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All original designs, logos, and content by Live Epic are the property of Live Epic and cannot be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.
  • Customer-provided designs remain the property of the customer, and Live Epic is not liable for any copyright infringement issues arising from them.

7. Liability

  • Live Epic is not liable for minor variations in color, size, or print quality, as these may occur due to fabric and printing processes.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect sizing chosen by the customer.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nashik, India.
